If your seedlings arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We may ask for a photo of the damage, and we will be happy to send a replacement or offer a full refund.
If you receive the wrong seedlings, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly send you the correct item and cover any shipping fees associated with the exchange.
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for seedlings if you change your mind after your purchase. Please be sure to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Once seedlings are in your care, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper planting and care. We are not responsible for any damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, planting, or care.
If a refund is issued, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
